Thibault Draye – CEO of DT Services and Consulting

Aerospace Engineer by training, Thibault Draye quickly specialized in continuous improvement and project management. He began his career at Sonaca, where he led several Kaizen projects to optimize industrial processes. His expertise later expanded to the railway sector, notably through the creation of a Center of Excellence in Continuous Improvement, with a particular focus on ETCS2 (European Train Control System). In 2019, Thibault founded DT Services and Consulting (DTSC), a company based in Liège, Belgium. Under his leadership, DTSC quickly established itself as a leader in artificial intelligence, agile project management, and continuous improvement. Since its inception, the company has experienced rapid growth, expanding from two to twelve team members in less than five years.

Alongside his activities at DTSC, Thibault is also a trainer at The Lean Six Sigma Company, where he shares his passion for continuous improvement with professionals from various sectors.
