It was very interesting, very pragmatic. Two and a half days were quite intense. Our trainer illustrated the content with practical examples and exercises, which allowed us to avoid the theory and to make the links with professional situations.

As from the first moment it was clear that Thibault had a lot more to offer then his excellent technical skills. Thibault was very eager to learn and was exceptional quick on the uptake, not only for technical matters (specific for railways) but also for financial matters, reporting and tools. Within a very short time he was up to speed as if he had been working his whole life in our team.
On a interpersonal level he always clearly understood people’s behaviour and motivation and he used this in his approach to get things done.
