Aurore joined our team in October 2024 as Scrum Master. She has several certifications in agile at scale frameworks (LeSS and SAFe) and is also a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). She has already worked in various sectors (automotive, retail, banking, etc.).

She is at ease to help teams navigate through tough and complex environments while keeping both people and organization committed, courageous, focused within respect and openness. Her favorite part of the agile manifesto : Individuals and interactions over processes and tools, bringing extensive experience from roles spanning development to Product Owner. Certified as both an Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner (ACSPO) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), she excels in guiding teams through complex Agile transformations and project lifecycles.
